1. Reservations & Room Allocation

Casa Julián Álvarez offers two room categories:
Double Room
Triple Room

When making a reservation, guests book a room category, not a specific room.
A specific room number or location cannot be guaranteed. Rooms are assigned at check-in based on availability.
 
 
2. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: by 11:00 AM
 
Late Check-In

Late check-ins may be possible upon prior notice. An additional fee may apply depending on arrival time.
Guests are encouraged to inform the property in advance if arriving late.
 
 
 3. Occupancy
 Double rooms: maximum 2 guests
 Triple rooms: maximum 3 guests
 Exceeding the maximum occupancy is not permitted.
 
 
4. Payment & Fees
Payment is processed through the booking platform. The total amount depends on the rate selected at the time of booking.

Additional Fees
Late check-in fees (if applicable)
Charges for damages to the property
Lost key fee: A lost key incurs a €200 charge to cover replacement of the lock and all keys.
5. Cancellations & Modifications
Cancellation and modification policies depend on the rate selected at the time of booking.
Full refund if cancelled at least 1 day before check-in
Partial refund if cancelled within 1 day of check-in

6. Liability
Casa Julián Álvarez is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by gross negligence of the property.

 
7.House rules
To maintain a comfortable atmosphere for all guests, we ask that you follow a few simple house rules:
Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and other guests.
•⁠  ⁠Casa Julián Alvarez is a non-smoking property
•⁠  ⁠Please avoid loud music or excessive noise
•⁠  ⁠Pets are not permitted
•⁠  ⁠Only registered guests are allowed on the property
•⁠  ⁠We kindly ask you to turn off the air conditioning when leaving your room
For your security and smooth running of the house, please return the front door key at the end of your stay. 
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. 
We aim to provide a calm environment where every guest can feel  confortable.

In order to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, Casa Julián Álvarez reserves the right to end a stay without refund in cases of significant violation of house rules
